All prices are in DKK incl. VAT.

If you live in a country outside EU please note that you are responsible for any customs charges.

Every jewelry piece is handmade, so small differences from the pictures might occur.

You have a 24 month warranty on your purchase. This does not include normal wear and tear like oxidation on silver or a gold plating that fades.

Privacy policy:

Julie Nielsen jewelry only have access to information that you voluntarily give via ordering or other direct contact from you.

I will not share your information with any third party, other than the postal system when shipping your order. 

I will keep your information for 5 years, then it is deleted. You can contact me any time, if you wish your information deleted from my system.

Delivery and return

Shipping: 45DKK (free on orders above 350DKK)

Delivery time with Postnord or GLS:

DK: 2-4 weekdays

EU and the north: 6-10 weekdays

World wide: 9-19 weekdays

Julie Nielsen jewelry is not responsible for any delays in the the postal og customs system, but if your order is late, please contact me.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return your purchase.

Upon return the customer is responsible for the delivery and the delivery costs.

If you want a full refund, the jewelry must be in the same condition as you received it.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
